Lighten Up! ~ Your Body Is Worth It
I am receiving a lot of email lately about Ascension symptoms. People all over the world want to know what is happening with their physical bodies, and if those changes have anything to do with ascension.
Like you, I had the same questions. Only 15 years ago there were fewer places to get the answers.
I have taken some time over the past few weeks to meditate on the many inquiries and begin preparing individual answers to the numerous requests. As I did so, a few basic themes began to occur.
In this issue of Lighten Up! I answer one of the common threads among Lightworkers everywhere.
Why can I not eat the same things I used to? Why is my body not tolerating the very things I used to love? I still crave them, so why am I sick?
The core reason is …
As your body changes frequency – to carry a higher frequency of Light – the foods you eat, and the ways you prepare them, become increasingly important.
This concern came up for me personally. I had to take the time to learn new things, and change some old patterns in order to bring about greater ease.
I hope you enjoy this article, really take it to heart, and begin to make any changes you need to. The best way to reduce any struggle or friction in the Ascension process is to get in the flow of what really works for you – in the NEW energy of Earth.
Remember, you did choose to express your Divinity in form! Now is the best time to give the body the best ride you can.
