Stay grounded and connected to Mother Earth. Many spiritual people get ungrounded and are not properly integrating the Earthly and material face of God. God lives as much in matter as he does in the higher dimensions. The idea is to bring heaven to Earth.

Many people I know who are extremely involved in their spiritual practice have little or no acknowledgment of the role Earth plays in their journey. Some do realize Earth is alive, others are able to perceive the planet as a sentient being with consciousness. However, most people – in the western world – were taught from infancy that they are the supreme species on the planet and that people live on the Earth, not with the Earth. It is only in the last few years that most people in modernized society have begun to realize their impact in the Earth and to exercise some responsibility for their relationship with the planet.

You do have a relationship with the planet, whether you, personally, are conscious of it or not. The entire planet was created specifically so you could be here having the ride you are on. Yep, Earth was made and shaped over eons of time so it would accommodate the desires of souls who wanted a unique experience. There was not anywhere in creation that would allow for the journey these souls wanted to take. As creation unfolded and the souls began to enjoy their playground more and more adjustments were made to tweak the conditions the souls were seeking to enjoy. Every “lifetime” you have been involved in the Earth realms is recorded within the Earth itself. I learned a great deal about this relationship of consciousness – between human and Earth – through the teachings of Edgar Cayce and the teachings of Native Americans.

Through his ability to access the Akash while in trance, Cayce explained the story of creation. The way soul facets lived as lightbodies around the Earth. We were not in physical form, things were not dense as they are now. We experimented with “free will” and the powers of creation through many stages before deciding we wanted to live in direct connection to a biological form (a body). Much effort was required, and many adaptations were made to create a body capable of housing a facet of a soul. It really is a fascinating story and helps to put the transitions we are going through now into perspective.

Imagine if you will that through many millennia the planet was created and modified to allow the ever changing wishes of immense creator beings (us). Imagine that during this journey the creator beings expressed an interest in having an adventure based on limitation and forgetfulness. The vast beings said (and I am paraphrasing here), “Wouldn’t it be really cool if we could somehow get a piece of us into a tiny little form, forget everything about ourselves as creators, walk on the surface of the planet without knowing what the hell we are doing and see if we can figure out the Truth? Wow! What a trip that would be. Can you even imagine how it would feel to not know anything? Then, to remember everything? Far out ~ Let’s try it!” From that vantage point you understood the role each aspect of Creation would play in making the adventure possible. You understood that part of you (your soul essence) would need to have a direct relationship with the planet in order to help the other aspect of you remember the Truth. Like Hansel and Gretel, we left crumbs along the path. One of those crumbs was our conscious relationship with Earth.

Do you feel emotionally moved by a sunrise , or sentimental with a sunset. Do you delight in the first flakes of snow which fall, or in the soothing salts of the tropical waters? Have you ever gotten lost in a moment of watching a cloud in the sky, or sat by a river running your fingers through the moss on a rock. These are all ways you remind yourself that you have a love affair with the planet. That you helped create the planet. The Earth is your Mother, your friend, and she knows your name.

Indigenous cultures around the globe know this. They know it because each generation made a point of demonstrating it to the next. They know it because they live a life in relationship to the Earth, not insulated from it. They follow a rhythm of life which acknowledges their own personal energy ebbs and flows as well as the Earth and other celestial bodies. When Natives gather in ritual they thank their ancestors for the teachings, and they thank the Earth for the possibility. For without Earth our existence simply would not be possible.

Lightworkers around the world are at an interesting point in their adventure. The Earth is changing because she must honor her relationship with the rest of the solar system and galaxy. Many humans who are beginning to remember themselves as vast creator beings expressed an interest in making those changes along with the planet. The critical thing is, the limitation and forgetfulness cannot go along for the ride in the same way it has for the last 30,000 years. Thus, the human species is making adjustments to accommodate the vaster, less dense energy of our soul selves.

Many people pursuing a spiritual path do not realize the importance the Earth plays in their journey. Yet, it is imperative that everyone begin to comprehend the importance of the relationship of Oneness. All of Creation is consciousness – that is All. Consciousness expresses itself, and experiences itself in many ways, but it is Always in Oneness. As you begin to expand your own awareness of self you will begin to fall in love with yourself. You will fall in love with Spirit. You will begin to see the Divinity in everyone around you. You will be blown away by the beauty of the equation. In those moments of awe, of wonderment you will begin to know that you could not even be here if the Earth had not held your hand every step of the journey. Your consciousness Created the Earth, her Consciousness knows it. Creation itself knows that there is no separation between the two…only degrees of awareness.

We are at a point in the adventure where we have the opportunity to experience the unconditional love and unlimited compassion of heaven while walking in form on Earth. That hasn’t even been possible in a really, really long time. The only way you can know that experience for yourself is to embrace the Earth as an aspect of Self.

Take the time to notice nature. There was a time when you spent every moment of your day and night fully in synchronization with the cycles of nature. You lived in a state of awe and wonderment even as you chopped wood and carried water. It is important in these times to begin to find ways of integrating simple natural rhythms into your life again. Whether it is a daily practice of honoring sunrise or sunset, or a monthly practice of honoring full moon or new moon. It is important that you stop whatever busy-ness you are involved in and be in the moment – in synch with nature. As you develop your conscious relationship with the Earth through honoring those rhythms and acknowledging the awe you will begin to feel more and more supported by the world around you. You will begin to feel connected to life itself.

This connection and support are very important as we shift dimensional resonance.  There are many thoughts, feelings and moments of intensity which have affected your energy signature through the many lifetimes. As you go further and further into the dimensional changes these clusters of energy will want to shake loose. It can be quite intense as these ancient patterns created in limitation come suddenly smashing to the surface in your life. If you have a good relationship with Earth you can use her energy to temper and balance your own. This is what grounding is all about.

Work with your own personal energy field each day. There are numerous meditation and visualizations for adjusting the resonance of chakras, merkabah and your entire field. It is good to have a regular practice of being in complete awareness of yourself as an energy field. An important element of tuning these energies is grounding the frequencies into the Earth. In Truth you are energy and that energy is in continuous flow through you and the Earth. Utilize the many tools offered at this time to be in the awareness of the flow and know you, too, many someday choose to be the consciousness of a planet.
