Dearest Hearts,

As always I pray you are well. You may have noticed in the past few months I have not been writing new articles, and many have asked me why.

First, let me say thank you for extending your loving Emails, and I hope you are enjoying the many FREE MP3 Downloads that are offered each month on my personal website, including today, and the mind and heart expanding transformative shows every day on The World Puja Network, in the meantime.

Briefly, I have been spending a great deal of time in gentle silence. Life for us all has decomposed in so many ways while simultaneously resurrecting. I have chosen to give my full attention and presence to each, releasing and blessing, clarifying and embracing. In each, I am deepening my authentic relationship to myself, in each moment that I Am. Bless Ram Dass who said it best in three words: “Be Here Now.” I Am, finally.

Though deeply helpful guidance is given by many (myself included,) as to how best to embrace and move with the tidal wave of transfiguration into the New World, another’s words and methods are often valuable guiding lights, though not all inclusive for our unique Soul’s path as to how we, as complex individuated Beings of Light, would best be served to move our multi-dimensional Divine Self towards new shores without looking back to the curvature of the shores left behind. It’s personal and requires more than stolen moments of silence.

Further still, I have been on a focused quest to utilize every ways and means available to open my heart in ways I had not done before. In my silence I came to realize I had been going about that in ways that were still tangled up with old consciousness. Though I realize truly opening one’s heart is a never-ending process (as it is the nature of evolution), at this particular time I required unique on the ground help.

I got it, in the form of a tiny being of Love and Light.

His name is Ateya, my five-week-old grandson.

Words can barely describe the miracle and opportunity one is presented with when they witness and participate in the pregnancy and birthing of a brand new being of God’s Creation onto Planet Earth, by our God Parents.

My daughter, Ateya’s earth mother, shared with me long ago that this child would change me. Months prior to his birth, she insisted I be the first to hold him and welcome him into this world, even before she or her husband. Perhaps an odd request, she is a wise one.

Watching Ateya being born was a surreal experience. I sensed I was in many places at once. I was watching and being watched. I heard Divine voices talking to me, but not those who were on the ground.

There were many Angels in attendance while those in human form, seemed to fade before my eyes. I haven’t a full conception as to what really occurred in those moments of his entry, other than it was profoundly Divine in its nature, spanned many dimensions, and clarified without a doubt more than I had anticipated.

Within a blink of an eye in an eternal setting, I was holding Ateya in my arms, moments after he was born. In him I saw me. I was him and he was me. I held both of us in my arms, and I knew it. That was the plan. Tears gushed as I spoke deeply heartfelt words of love and welcome and promise to this precious being of Light.

I sobbed deeply and my heart let go completely. In my deepest heart I knew I was welcoming and loving both of us into this world and pledging words of Divine promise. This was something I had never experienced when I arrived on this Planet; no different than many.

Later, in stillness, I heard the Divine say, “all of humanity can begin again, if they will simply welcome and love themselves right now, where they are, and then nurture their own growing up as a Divine New Human.”

I know what a miracle fashioned by God truly is. It is each one of us.

Please take a breath and let that Truth in. Please let that mean something new to you.

I know there can be no doubt that we are born worthy, for look to that which gave us Life. I know life is a gift, fashioned in such unique packages, even though infinite numbers of times it doesn’t feel so.

I know we are loved and held always, by a loving Presence that I call God, regardless of what our earth parents may have instilled in us or what our veiled beliefs have convinced us of. Our eternal parents are God.

To know God is to know who we truly are. To know who we truly are is to know Love. To know Love is to know there is only One of us expressing as many. We all have the same parents.

I now know the responsibility of being the most authentic and impeccable being of God’s Light and Love that I can be. I owe that to the One who gave me Life, I owe it to the Divine Mother Earth who holds me every day, to humanity, who is my family and to which I am deeply grateful to serve, and to myself. That is my commitment, above all else.

I honor each of you for being born and saying yes to this profound journey. Welcome precious Beings of Love and Light. God Bless you.

Beloved Ones,

We wish to have discourse on the quality of Love called kindness. This quality moves within the hearts of people and encourages them to put themselves into the place of the other person thereby feeling empathy for the situation they are in and then, showing these Ones kindness by performing deeds or actions or saying a few words that express this empathy by the act of kindness. This quality has been known to virtually change the lives of people who were in a place in their life’s journey that could have gone in a downward spiral.

Kindness has the effect of heartening individuals when they most need it. It moves people’s hearts to express the other qualities of Love towards each other. If a person who was down on their luck experienced kindness by receiving help in whatever form was needed by those around them, their hearts would not experience pain or suffering but rather would they be uplifted and inspired to continue to persevere until their wheel of fortune changed for the better. Kindness in the form of generosity of monetary donation when it was perceived that it was needed is another example of how this quality can contribute to another’s journey to encourage them to keep moving forward.

The World is filled with people who have kindness of the heart. Their small and random acts leave a warm feeling within the hearts of those who were on the receiving end of this quality and will usually find themselves smiling and uplifted. Life takes on a more positive focus when kindness from others is given. Usually kindness is expressed by small acts and deeds such as helping someone to cross a street, holding open a door for another, giving up One’s place in the line so another can take it. It is manifested in neighbors who help out when your pet needs looking after when you must go out of town for a few days or if your babysitter became ill and you needed to be at work so they offer to watch your child for you. These acts of kindness were crucial for those who needed that help and received it so that their lives were not disrupted in a challenging and stressful manner.

Kindness is a noble action that comes from within a person’s high heart chakra and reflects the goodness of the Soul who knows the true meaning of Love. It neither expects nor demands a return of the same. It is given freely and spontaneously as a higher expression of Love without conditions attached. Many a Soul has redeemed themselves by performing such acts and have gone on to inspire many others to do the same so that the goodness within prevailed. Those who practice kindness create positive feelings of joy and happiness by employing this quality in their daily existence and interaction with others.

There is always a choice that each individual has to make in all circumstances, no matter what they may be or seem to be. Choosing to be kind is an act of empowerment for Self and in turn inspires those around you to reciprocate in like manner. It is always the choice that peace loving people make in order to perpetuate and bring out the goodness within the hearts of others. By employing kindness towards each other, people can overcome all differences between them and come to a satisfactory and happy resolution that is good for all. Try using this quality of Love the next time you are in a heated disagreement with another and you will quickly realize how powerful it can be.

Beloved masters, it is a worthwhile endeavor and often a great adventure to visit the ancient Sacred Sites around the world; however, the most powerful source of the White Fire Essence of Creator Light is within your own Sacred Heart chamber. As you move beyond the distortions of the third- / fourth-dimensional reality into the higher planes of consciousness, your human auric field will once again begin to blaze forth with radiant, purifying Light. Many of you are well on your way to achieving the radiance of an en-LIGHTEN-ed Self-master. When Sacred Love is present, all is in harmony.

There has been some confusion as to the location of what we will call your Sacred Heart chamber, or the Temple of the Sacred Heart.  The Sacred Heart, your Soul and your Diamond Core God cell are all composed of etheric Creator Essence. The location of this inner temple of Light can vary slightly depending on a person’s physical structure. It is located at a central point within the body, a little to the right of the physical heart, and situated toward the back of the body, close to the spine. It rests against the etheric Rod of Power that runs from the root chakra, up to the crown chakra, where it connects with the Source column of Light, sometimes called the Silver Cord. Remember, the Sacred Mind and Sacred Fire of the Supreme Creator reside in all things formed and unformed.

The question has been asked: “What is the difference between unconditional love and Sacred Love?” Within all levels of consciousness there is an accepted range of vibrational frequency patterns that you will experience, or the range of duality that has been designed for that stage of development.  We call this the SPECTRUM OF LIGHT AND SHADOWS, which has a balanced frequency range running through the center. The vibrational frequencies increase with each higher sub-dimensional level you achieve. There is a range of frequencies created especially for the mental body, another range for the emotional body, and a more refined range for the etheric body that must be achieved before you may move to the next higher level.  As you move into a more refined, vibrational frequency level, a fragment of your Higher Self, which is attuned to that level, will take up residency within your Soul Star. The Higher Self that has been your OverLighting influence for the last phase of experience will move into your Sacred Heart chamber and merge with your Soul Self.

When we say, “you must seek to express unconditional love to those around you,” we mean the highest frequencies of love attainable for that level of Self-expression.  The frequencies of love will increase in power and perfection with each more refined level of Self-consciousness you attain. Remember, we have often told you, “pure perfection is only possible within the Essence of the Supreme Creator.” Every individual, fragmented Spark of Divinity from the greatest to the smallest will embody and project vibrational patterns that are less than total purity and perfection. Your goal is to integrate the highest frequency patterns achievable at each level of consciousness. When you tap into the wellspring of SACRED LOVE within the Seed Atom of your Sacred Heart Core, you will know without a doubt that the Essence of your God Parents dwells within.

Your Sacred Heart contains a precious Seed Atom of Divine Love from the Goddess so that the Sacred Love of our Divine Mother is always present within, while deep within the Soul is your Diamond Core God Cell containing the White Fire Essence of the Creator so that Divine Will and all the qualities, virtues and attributes of our God Father are available to you. True joy and adoration spring forth from the Sacred Heart and the Soul, where UNITY prevails.  From a human perspective it  may be difficult to imagine that your Sacred Heart, your Diamond Core God Cell and your Soul are all an intrinsic part of your true Essence. When you focus on the Sacred Heart, it will seem to take a predominant position; when you focus on your Diamond Core God Cell, its power and majesty will come to the fore; and when you seek to connect with your Soul, it will become the blazing Light of Creator Love within your Solar Power Center. So please, dear hearts, do not try to compartmentalize the components of your Essence, for they make up one UNIFIED WHOLE.

It is important that you draw forth the maximum amount of Adamantine Particles of Creator Light into your physical vessel so the Sacred Fire of Creation may be ignited with your pure intention, and so you may then radiate this wondrous gift out into the world.  However, ponder  this: when was the last time you sought to experience the exquisite feeling of Sacred Love by turning inward into the sanctity of your Sacred Heart?  Radiate love to your Mother/Father God inwardly, and feel your Solar Power Center expand with the most profound feeling of love that you have ever experienced. Go inward, beloveds, for your God Parents await you there. In actuality, it is the Sacred Love of our Father/Mother God that activates/ignites the Adamantine Particles of God Light that you draw forth from the River of Life.

You are now aware that you have inner-dimensional levels within your brain structure which are attuned to the frequencies of your outer-dimensional world.  As you raise your frequency patterns, called your Soul Song, you gradually gain access to the higher frequency levels within your brain structure, your Sacred Mind, as well as the outer-dimensional worlds of the cosmos. All of the memories of pain, suffering and the negative memories stored within your brain structure are gradually being transmuted into higher frequency Light substance. Therefore you will not remember the majority of the negative aspects of your journey, only your successes and the joy and satisfaction you derived in your adventures throughout this Sub-Universe. It is important that you understand this concept that you are on an upward spiral; however, you are now in the process of going back through the past, healing the negative, imbalanced energies and memories as you journey forth into the higher realms of the future.  Your journey of ascension is as much an internal journey as it is an onward and upward march in the multiple realms of the physical world.

As a Spiritual/Human Being you are learning to make responsible choices, for you are now aware that your thoughts, feelings and words are the building blocks of your future reality. Moment by moment, YOU are creating the personal reality you will experience in the days and years to come. A responsible person always takes into consideration the consequences of his/her actions. To create a world of balance, peace and harmony, you must learn to expend your allotment of Cosmic energy with purposeful intention and focused detail, which is always directed toward the most beneficial outcome.

When the ego desire body is in control, you easily become a victim of circumstances and of those around you, for you are always seeking validation of Self-worth from the outside world and from other people. Accomplishment, wealth and status are measurements of worthiness in the third- / fourth- dimensional reality; however, a true sense of Self-worth comes from within as you open your Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind to the Divine Love / Wisdom / Will-power endowed upon all sentient Beings by our Father / Mother God. Love is the centrifugal force that creates harmony. Hate and fear separate, scatter and destroy the harmonic resonance around you. Gaining spiritual wisdom and understanding the universal laws of Creation will free you from being a slave to fear and will release you from the bondage of superstition.  You must be willing to face your imperfections and have the courage to change them or the wisdom to accept them.  It is only when you become aware of the ego self and its excessive desires and distorted concepts that you are able to begin the process of returning to wholeness.  Are you cultivating the strengths and qualities of your Soul or the wants and weaknesses of your ego?  Your attitude determines the altitude and the refinement of your vibrational patterns.

Many of you, the Star Seed, who have been on the Path for a good part of this lifetime, are growing tired of the drama, chaos and suffering in the world, even though you are not directly involved.  Your Divine discontent may now include a strong desire to walk away from your responsibilities, toss aside the job that was so important earlier in your life, but which now seems quite meaningless and no longer provides a sense of accomplishment. Your hard-earned, prized possessions have become more like a burden instead of a pleasure. This too is part of the ascension process, beloveds. The term “walking between two worlds” is certainly applicable for many of you at the present time. You are releasing many outmoded concepts and even drastically changing your  lifestyle; however, this should not include shirking your responsibilities. You are striving to focus on the good, the positive aspects in any situation, person or circumstance. You are also learning to radiate love and harmony whether you are with a group of spiritual brothers and sisters who project unconditional love and joy, or whether you are in a situation where fear, rejection, jealousy or power struggles are present.  It is easy to display or maintain the traits of a master while sitting on a mountain top in the tranquility of nature. However, it is much more difficult to keep your sense of serenity and control in the everyday situations of life.  Those who cause you discomfort and dis-ease within are your best teachers.  They mirror to you that which needs to be released from deep within so it can be healed.  As you change your perception and begin to radiate Love/Light in all situations, those around you will slowly change or they will gradually withdraw from your life. You will have learned the lessons they offered; therefore, they will no longer have an impact on your reality.

However, now that you have resolved many of the external imbalances around you, the healing / harmonizing challenges are now of a more personal nature. So many of you are experiencing bodily distress, strange symptoms and illnesses that vary from mild disturbances to sudden chronic or critical conditions. Your OverSoul senses the level and mode of experience you are ready for at each stage of transformation. These conditions were / are not created as a punishment but are what was determined was or is needed for you to clear and release the deep-seated imperfections which are keeping you from moving forward to the next level or state of Being. Minor accidents, sudden chronic conditions which are difficult to heal, fevers, congestion and so on seem to be rampant among the “budding masters of the world.”  Therefore, we are bringing to your attention a wondrous healing facility which has been waiting to assist you through these times of physical stress and dramatic change.  It is also the reason we encouraged our messenger to compile the booklet outlining some of the major Ascension Symptoms so that you would have a better understanding regarding the radical changes that are taking place internally, along with the more evident outer world changes.

Beloved Bearers of Light, those of you who have earned the right to once again be designated as cocreators of a glorious world to come, must be aware that on the other side of the tests and trials you are now experiencing are the gifts, virtues, qualities and attributes which will supply all you need to become masters of the Living Light.  We,  your brothers and sisters of the higher realms, await you.  You have been sorely missed.  The radiance of our Father/Mother God shines down upon you, now and forever more.

Hello,  I’m back! Holiday done … whoo hoo! I’m ready to resume with all the gusto a gust can tow!!

We FEEL your exuberance and consider it necessary to retort in the same degree of fashion. It has not been years since last communicating … yet it has been a matter of silence and we are keen also to resume.

Pray tell … what would you care to speak of?

It is within your hearts already. All we desire to do is to awaken that which has slumbered and arise one to the TRUEST KNOWING of what lies within . We are aware you have spoken of this with us … and FEEL you have not yet found the correct deepest path to awakening and KNOWING of yourself and so we FEEL it fitting to discuss this a little further … for it is of great value.

That would be great … Fire away.

WHO YOU ARE IS LOVE. This we have told to you on numerous occasions. Yet until you fully understand what exactly LOVE is, how then can you KNOW WHO YOU ARE? For if you do not understand it … you cannot understand yourself.

We have spoken many times also of LOVE being a FEELING. Therefore, therein lies a small challenge to be able to explain … for words cannot adequately express any FEELINGS.

 So, let us ponder on the word ‘FEELING’. It is easy is it not, to differentiate between a FEELING of loss and a FEELING of gain? It is easy to decipher which FEELS appropriate to carry out and which does not … because what you are about to do FEELS appropriate or it doesn’t … does it not?

Yep … following you.

That which you choose to ‘follow’ is entirely up to you. Yet it is of the HIGHEST importance to always check your FEELINGS in ALL that you undertake. THIS IS HOW YOU DISCOVER … LOVE. It has … over time … been hidden away from yourself. Yet how can that be you may ask?

Oh Ok …. Eh … may I ask … how can that be?

That which is rightfully yours has never been taken away from you … yet it FEELS that this is so. It CANNOT be removed from you … because it is your soul … and your soul is LOVE. How can even the most powerful take LOVE away from you? FEELINGS cannot be removed … they can be hidden, they can be hurt, they can FEEL lost and far away … yet they cannot be removed.

THEY ARE YOURS. ANY FEELING YOU HAVE ARE YOURS ALONE. Do you not see dearest most treasured souls of Earth? No one … but no one … can FEEL in the same way that YOU as an individual can FEEL. Do you understand the immense quality of your uniqueness? Each one of you … as an individual … has the power to FEEL however they choose.

YOUR CHOICE.

For whilst one chooses to sleep they FEEL it correct to blame circumstances and situations upon an outside force. May we say … it matters not what happens to you at any given point … what matters is HOW YOU CHOOSE TO FEEL ABOUT IT.

For myself … I have chosen to live in Noosa Australia and it … for me … is paradise. So I consider my choices in life as they come along to be relatively easy to make the most of … now that I have learned ‘the way’. However … those perhaps who may be in a war torn country or experiencing severe poverty  … who may perchance read your words … may not FEEL the same way about this matter as you or indeed I?

Yet we would still comment that it is their choice as to how they FEEL about where they are and how to ‘deal’ with what is taking place for them. So many consider things to be ‘unfair’. Yet they are not … in any way. Souls of Earth made a choice to be born into certain situations … for many reasons. They maybe there to assist, to teach, to learn. It is a matter of removing oneself from what ‘appears’ to be reality and looking at it from WHAT IS REALITY.

Some of you consider yourselves to be puppets. You consider that there are those who have power OVER you. Yet we would not agree.
YOU … EVERY ONE OF YOU HAS THE POWER TO ACHIEVE GREATNESS … IF YOU CHOOSE!  NO MATTER WHAT CORNER OF THE EARTH YOU LIVE IN.

And this brings us back to LOVE. There is not one of you that has not experienced LOVE on some level of itself/yourself. That FEELING of LOVE … whether large or small … is LOVE none the less. And … How does it FEEL?

What else? Tell us Blossom …. How YOU would describe LOVE?

A FEELING of joy that makes me FEEL like exploding. I want to yell out from the top of my lungs … I want to burst with laughter and bounce like *‘tigger’! (You probably don’t have tigger’s!) . And yet there is the other side of me (LOVE) … that FEELS the deepest silence of Peace. My breath is all I FEEL and tears can rain as they overflow from the FEELING in my heart. There is such gratitude when I am in either of these spaces … and many others that FEEL the same.

AND THIS IS WHO YOU ARE … LOVE. You ask to find God and we say ‘Go within’ … for what you are looking for is within you … THAT FEELING IS WHAT SOME OF YOU CHOOSE TO CALL ‘GOD’.

Out of interest  … what do you choose to call it?

We choose to KNOW it as LOVE. It is the same energy … with different names and different levels of itself.

When you look at a flower …  or the sea … or a mountain … many have reached a place within that will automatically allow the physical self to take in a deep breath in order  to resonate with the beauty of that which one is purveying . This was not always the case … yet now … having reached a greater level of understanding of the self/of God … one is in tune with what is LOVE/GOD … yet presenting itself as the flower … mountain … sea etc.

GOD/LOVE is not ‘IN’ the flower/mountain/sea … GOD/LOVE ‘IS’ the flower/mountain /sea. You search to find GOD within … but you are it!! Just by BEING YOU … YOU ARE BEING LOVE … BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE. Going within is how you recognise how to FEEL IT.

You may have deep LOVE for your pet. You are not Loving your pet … you are LOVING LOVE/GOD … therefore … you are LOVING … YOURSELF. Because EVERYTHING is LOVE/GOD. EVERYTHING!!

As you understand this connection with EVERYTHING … how can you not LOVE it? Whatever it is. However it may present itself.  The more you grow to FEEL this FEELING OF LOVE/GOD in every moment of BEING … the HIGHER your vibration rises  … and this can be done very very quickly … once you grasp the TRUTH of WHAT IS.

Therefore … we encourage you to be yourselves and be of Truth and FEEL LOVE … ALL THE TIME.

No matter what may confront you in the days ahead … no matter what things may ‘appear’ to be …

REMEMBER TO FEEL LOVE. THAT IS YOUR QUEST. THAT IS WHAT YOU CAME HERE TO DO!

BE LOVE. YOU NEED DO NOTHING MORE … FOR BEING LOVE IS EVERYTHING!

You await in anticipation and ‘hope’ that so very ‘soon’ this nightmare of controlling ego’s will be ended. You KNOW in your hearts that your Star Family will join you and your world will change … at the pace of YOUR CHOICE … into one that is more congruent with that which you ACCEPT to BE LOVE.

YET WE OFFER YOU THESE WORDS ONCE AGAIN …

IT IS YOU THAT WILL BRING ALL THIS ABOUT … NOT US … YOU!

HOW?

BY RAISING THE VIBRATION OF YOUR PLANET … HOW?

 BY BEING YOURSELVES … HOW?

BY FEELING LOVE .

Do you see? The Higher YOU allow yourself to rise … the Higher everything around you must rise also. Therefore anything that chooses not to rise will simply ‘be of you no more’.

Yet it will still be there …and part of LOVE/GOD won’t it?

For those who choose it to be there. It cannot exist if it is not in thought. How can it thrive if it is not fed? This is what we are trying to help you to understand. If you ONLY ALLOW thoughts of LOVE … ALL OF YOU… not just a few … then there can ONLY BE PUREST HIGHEST LOVE in existence. If anyone … even one soul … chooses thoughts of hate … which are still an aspect/level of Love … then that hate aspect of LOVE shall exist.

YOU ARE CREATORS. What do you choose to create?

Do you wish to create into your existence that which you formed in thought long long ago? Do you choose to walk into your Golden Age? For it is not US …. It is YOU that WILL CREATE IT.

It is written!

Where? By whom?

By yourselves … The Creators … In a ‘space’ that decided it would be so.

Yet this could change … if we didn’t follow our hearts call?

Indeed. Yet you are following it. You are writing these words Blossom and others are reading them. This shows that ‘what is’ … IS. When you consider all that each one of you can NOW understand about ‘it all’ … you begin to fit the pieces together and realise that you are fulfilling your own prophesies. This is why many of you FEEL HOME so much closer to your BEINGS in these times. Because you are on the brink of your own self fulfilment. 

The moment of the GREATEST CHANGE that you have been working towards for eons of your time upon THIS Planet and other Planets is entering the birth canal.

Your Mother Earth is in labour and her contractions can be heard throughout your atmospheres.

Sooth her tired brow by sending her thoughts as you would a physical birth from one of your womankind. FEEL too the excitement as that of NEW LIFE EMERGING. As if a NEW SOUL is entering bringing with it the LOVE that fills your BEING when a new born arrives.

IT IS SO!

 Phew! I got a bit emotional during that last bit. Tingles of Truth flowing forth. Thank you SO MUCH Guys! I really enjoyed that. Until next time … from all of us down here … in Gratitude and Love.

As the moment of your awakening approaches, many of you are feeling that continuing to hold the Light is draining your energy, because despite your faith you still have doubts and anxieties about the inevitability of this great event.  This is very understandable because you have become accustomed to the disappointment of missed opportunities, missed meetings, and unrealized events or occurrences to which you had been looking forward with eager expectation. And you fear that you will once again be disappointed.

The illusion will always lead to disappointment; that is its nature, and because you have spent so much time in it you have come to expect that.  But you are divinely created beings of enormous power, which means that you have the power to change the illusion and to awaken from it.  Collectively, humanity is always changing the illusion by the very act of thinking about what is going on within it, although, because your thought processes are so conditioned by the illusion, what occurs often seems to be the complete opposite of what you hoped for and intended.  Many of you, while hoping for the best, expect the worst and consequently, that is what it delivers.

Those who would control you encourage that line of thought as that is precisely what they are attempting to achieve – the worst (as you see it) – because they believe it strengthens their influence over you.  It seems to you that there is little you can do individually to change things for the better and so you allow doubt, depression, and basically negative judgments and attitudes to occupy your minds. Doing this is giving away your power! – giving it away to those who claim to know what is best for you, and who create situations to encourage you to believe that this is so.  And those attitudes encourage those with whom you interact to do the same.

This is a very strong, negative feedback-loop which you must, you can, and you will disable by firmly continuing to hold the Light.  That is your task, your responsibility, and your reason for being earthbound at this moment in humanity’s evolution.  You have all the spiritual assistance you need to overcome your doubts and fears, but you have to use it by holding the Light on high for all to see.

Be positive!  Your awakening is divinely assured, and deep within yourselves you absolutely know this.  So release your doubts – they are totally without validity – and breathe in the Love that awaits your acceptance of It.  Love will then envelop you, brightening the Light that you carry, dispelling your doubts, and raising your energy levels.

When you release your doubts, even if you can only do so for short periods initially, your whole personality brightens, and those around you feel this.  Think of a time when you heard a motivational speaker who raised your spirits, and realize that when you are without doubts, you too are a motivational speaker! And this uplifts and encourages others.

The purpose of holding your Light on high is to motivate yourselves, and all those with whom you interact, to awaken.  As I said, you have the all help from the spiritual realms that you need in order to do this, but you too have to respond with the strong intent to awaken, because you have free will and you cannot and will not be coerced into doing so.  God’s Will for you is that you use your divine gifts – free will, love, compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, and so on – as you truly desire.  But you can only do this by releasing your doubts, fears, and anxieties, or any feelings that suggest to you that you are not truly worthy.

When you harbor those restrictive beliefs and cling to them, convinced that they are valid, you are allowing your ego to rule you, confirming your fears, and leading you to project judgment onto others and strengthening your own need to be right; and in that state what your ego tells you appears to be the truth, and your desire to follow its guidance seems to make total sense.

However, when you release those beliefs – and truly they no longer serve you – you will find yourselves feeling much freer.  Your true desires will come to mind – your desires that are always in alignment with the divine.  Open your hearts, allow Love to suffuse them, breathe It in, feel It filling your whole being – and understand how much God loves you.

Waiting to awaken is difficult for you because it seems that you have been waiting for a very long time – and so you have – and yet you have no option but to continue waiting.  It is frustrating and challenging for you, and those in the spiritual realms are doing all they can to assist and inspire you in these final moments before the great event happens, as it most surely will.

By holding the Light on high you are making this triumphal event possible.  Without you it could not occur!  Obviously, God’s Will, His loving assistance, and ours are also necessary to bring this about, but it is not something that is being brought to you while you sit idly by.  Without every being’s intent and desire it could not happen.  What you Light-bearers are doing is truly astounding as you quickly release old confrontational and judgmental attitudes that you have embraced for eons, allowing the divine energy field of God’s Love to suffuse you and then be channeled through you to all those who still remain unaware and deeply asleep.

To awaken into Reality is humanity’s divine destiny, and you are making it happen.  During the time that remains before you awaken, keep reminding yourselves that what you are doing is absolutely essential to the process that is unfolding all around you.  Make a point of connecting with others who, like you, are heavily involved in this noble and demanding task, either physically, by phone, or through the worldwide communication system that is enabling so much uplifting information and news to be widely promulgated.  Doing so will inspire you as you “meet” with others on similar paths to your own, and at the same time you will inspire them.  Mutual support for one another is essential and empowering; it strengthens the validity of your inner knowing and your faith that despite any anxieties or doubts you may be experiencing all is going precisely as divinely intended.  After all, how could it not?  This mutual support immensely intensifies the power of the energy that you are all expending to bring the divine harvest to fruition.

You cannot fail to achieve your holy destiny because it is your reason for being on Earth.  You are divinely assisted at all times as you hold the Light as way-showers, healers, and comforters to all who are, even though unaware, preparing to release themselves from the deep slumber in which they have been enveloped.  You are the wonder-children of God, the ones who are burning with the enthusiasm that His Will inspires, and which you share with Him constantly because it is also yours.

Yes, sometimes it does seem to you that you are alone, struggling with doubt and anxiety, as the world around you continues seemingly unchanged and uncaring on its path towards apparently inevitable self-immolation.  But, as you well know, all that is about to change irrevocably.  So when you hear of new sorrows and suffering, remind yourselves of this, and focus on feeling the Love that surrounds you and is offered you constantly by God.

This is a time of transition, a time of transformation, and the wonders that are shortly to be disclosed will overwhelm you with joy as all your hopes are fulfilled, magnificently.  Do not buy into the sense of individual helplessness that you often see around you because you are not helpless.  You are transformers in the process of dissolving the illusion and bringing in the brilliant Light of Reality.  That is the divine Will, and it is unstoppable!

The pain shook me out of my meditative state, and I got to thinking about what was happening. Then it came to me. A close friend was having some health problems, including sharp pains in his left leg.

I intuitively knew I was picking up from him the pain I was feeling. So I sent him love and healing energy. My pain vanished instantly, and did not return.

Here’s Spirit.

Spirit

As you grow and become more spiritually aware you become more and more sensitive to energy. Most of you already know that.

But the “trick,” if you will, is to discern the source of the pain or discomfort, if that’s what you’re feeling. Often, as with John, the source is outside yourself.

This is not a bad thing. It’s good to be able to tune in to others’ energy and, if they need it, to help them — as John did with his friend in sending love and healing energy. (By the way, the friend felt the healing, as he told John later.)

It never does you or anyone else any good for you to take on the pain of others. You cannot help them from your place of pain, regardless of the source of your pain. You help others best when you come from your centered place of peace and power, not pain.

As we said a moment ago, increasing sensitivity comes with spiritual growth. The price you pay for that increasing sensitivity is the sensitivity itself. So it’s important for you, for your own sake, to know when the pain is yours and when it is not.

If you stop for a few moments, as John did, and think about it, the answer will come. Trust that. If you prefer you can also ask your higher self or spirit guide to help you. Either way is fine.

But do seek the answer — do not assume you are the source of the pain. Sometimes you will be, but not always. Your growing spiritual awareness will make you more and more sensitive to the energies of others. The price of sensitivity is sensitivity.

Within the Intensities & Magnificence of 2012

Greetings Human Angels ! I Am That I Am. I Am the Keeper of the Violet Flame. I, Saint Germaine greet you warmly !

It is my grand pleasure and honour to be with you this moment of our 2012. I acknowledge the great presence of Lord Metatron within this field, and offer my deepest gratitude for this invitation to speak with you. For I along with the Family of the Beloved  Ascended Masters of the  Crystalline Light Council are anxiously awaiting the OM-Wave. It will be directed from our Mt Shasta retreat on June 25th. We encourage and invite all of you, wherever you are to tune in, for it is a gifted celebration of LOVE ! It is a re-charging and re-balancing. For indeed the very tone of OM creates a coded sound that balances every nuance of your Beingness. Reforms every atom of your physical body and every unit of your consciousness field.

Such excitement , we are packing our etheric bags, and will soon be boarding the Train of Love ! So much to share. Joy is in the air !

The Eyes of Wisdom are yours Dear Friends, and in this amazing time, wisdom is received, for it has been earned…by you. You have come so far, and the lights of your true home are shining.

What follows is a message from Lord Metatron and I, a melange of beautiful and meaningful information we wish to share….

A Magnificent Year is unfolding ! So many wonderful occurrences are sparking in radiance ! You are now ready for the Ascension… and Human Angels, you will see many changes from within and without! Clarity is the prize. Sure it has taken effort, but what a noble aspiration you have achieved.

2012 will begin to pull the rug out from under those hidden & rigid beliefs have been the most cumbersome to release, and difficult to discover. Obstruction knows no prejudice, it moves across all divides.  Humanity will soon begin to rediscover its clarity as a prerequisite to full consciousness before it can begin to remove fear and cynicism.  Be willing to travel through the places in your interior belief-scape that are strewn with the debris of old energies and tired obstacles that no longer serve you. This year of 2012 is designed for such release, for some reservoirs are dug deeper than others and you will need to stretch a bit further to get to the clear waters of true wisdom.

In 2012 the inner self releases into the New Mer-Ka-Na by moving through intensities. Each  coronal mass ejection, solar wind and astrological gravity opens up a new pulsation fervency. These  extremes within the potent crysto-electrical field in 2012 may feel like taking one step backward before taking two steps forward. But understand that there is great purpose in these difficult phases of resonate up-shift. Within these are unique apertures to discover & recreate the New Human on the New Earth. That in shadow will be revealed and afforded release. The energy Triad facilitates such lucidities of clarity on the Ring of Fire Solar Eclipse, Lunar Eclipse and June Solstice.

The Om Wave

The OM Wave brings the Pleiadean Opening, and the opening of enlightenment. Dimensionality will shift.  The end of ignorance and innocence will mark the beginning of the end of the third dimension, but only in terms of the third dimension being the exterior boundary of dimensional access on the New Earth. The first three dimensions will not disappear, how could they? Rather they will be reformatted as the base of the new dimensions 4-12.

Consider these words a gentle nudge from Spirit. Look deeply within and without, and permit this loving reminder a place in your thoughts and heart. Reflect upon the compassion and comprehension within your life, and measure how far it reaches. Do you find that you have traveled so very far, tried so very hard only to find yourself in the same place from whence you started?

Ascension Symptoms

The energy as we have said of 2012 is extremely intense. Every week, every month between now and the 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 is engineered with such up-shifts that you can become overwhelmed. 2012 is exponentially more so than 2011. For what is happening on the 2012 Triad is a great and greater influx of non-physical awareness, awareness in the full 33 Chakra Mer-Ka-Na. Remaining grounded , with an intact Aura is essential, but you have the knowledge of how to manage the new frequencies. The old-energy myth that all perception and knowledge must come to you through your physical senses is well past, now you must coordinate the full 33 chakra influx…and you can.

As such, your creatorship is going into high gear. The manifestation of your beliefs will be exponentially amplified. That is why the remaining time before the 12-12-12 is especially geared for yourself examination and programming. The old adage of “be careful what you wish for is going into over-drive.  As we have told you before, you are given the gifts of gods. Your beliefs become reality. What you believe becomes real in your experience. There is no area in your life to which this does not apply, especially in 33 chakra field of 2012! Thus the obstacle course before you in the months ahead. The ‘Ascension Symptoms’ are there for you to polish the preparation and are the final exam.

The intensities of 2012 are real, but these pressures are benevolent in purpose. Do not be discouraged, the Ascension is at hand.

Dear Human Angel, you need NOT be mired or discouraged  in these energies, in fact the opposite will occur in the OM Wave. Yu can indeed receive an influx support, of renewed charging, courage and resolve. If you remove your human mask within this moment of clarity termed the Ring of Fire and OM Wave.  you will sense  a new light, a light of crystalline clarity is touching you, re-energizing you in preparation for the remainder of 2012. It is final transformation, for you have indeed come far! We honor you and say well done, we encourage you to keep moving ahead. You are closer to a quantum leap, a magnificent Transformation than you may realize. Far closer.

Belief Changes the Paradigm

Masters, the work of transformation springs from a commitment to a particular context  of belief, this kind of belief allows for well-being, and well being opens the door to happiness.

The astrological pattern of 2012 is designed to allow you final releases. The easier changes have been made, what remains requires a deeper dig.

What you think upon, what you believe is projected more powerfully in 2012. Therefore in this year, you will find that all untoward beliefs will bubble to the top for you to deal with.

This is why we are dedicating the remainder of this channel to the importance of self examination, and the importance of being the Master of your thoughts. Many of you, in the intensities of 2012 may experience emotional despair, worry and depression. This can be dealt with, and in fact is being shown to you in order to let it go.

We tell you that your human emotions are to a large degree directed by your personal beliefs. By being fully aware of your fundamental life beliefs, and recognizing  that you are ever at the effect of core belief you can and will form a new world. And that is exactly what you are here to do.

At this Triad conjunction, you must consciously and intentionally, select the direction and purpose for your lives. If you mundanely extend your­selves from the past, from what you unconsciously accept through default, there is no trans­formation, only more of the same. You see, not everyone will choose to Ascend. But those of you that are the Pathfinders must shine the light. Do not become discouraged or mired in the intensities of 2012.

Reminders of Requisite Understandings

Let us tap your shoulder, in the weeks before the Triad, and remind you of certain requisite understandings.

Many of you humans have based your happiness on achieving a certain goal, on having certain things. Yet in such objective orientated achievement, you often find a time line in which you discover happiness that comes from these things is only temporary, and soon fades….and you still sense something is lacking, something is missing. You are not experiencing joy.

Many of you humans feel that life is successful   only when you get what you want. But many of your life set-ups deliberately place you outside your ‘comfort zone’ in order for you to grow.

Such ‘life-contract challenges’ or ‘ set ups’ are chosen by the higher self and cannot be wished away or ignored. That is why it is important to face your circumstances as a selected set up, and take responsibility for it. Then and only then can you transcend it.  There is no situation you are in that you have not created, have not chosen. To deny that truth does not serve you. In saying that, we are not saying you surrender to them, rather that you face them.

The Happiness Paradox

So here is the happiness paradox. Do you live without joy until you meet the challenge?

Masters, there is joy in being ‘fully present and fully engaged in the present and fully accepting the challenges before you in the ‘Now’. That is a great truth.
Happiness, in wide terms, can be understood in 3 aspects. : pleasure, engagement, and meaning. Pleasure is the “feel good” part of happiness. Engagement refers to living a “good life” of interactive harmonics, in balancing work, family, friends, and hobbies. Meaning refers to using our strengths to contribute to a larger spiritual or philanthropic purpose. And keep in mind, that of the three, engagement and meaning make the most difference to living a happy life. We will also add that many who chose lives of service and focal spiritual development do achieve happiness, in the sense of this vernacular and aspect, in lives solely devoted to achieving Mastery.

Genuine happiness is a decision. A state of mind that is earned by living a spiritual harmonic life. It is not the satisfaction of irrational wishes for pleasure. True happiness is a state of non-contradictory joy, a joy without penalty or guilt that is experienced in well being, in peace, in understanding.

Very often the inability of advanced Souls to sense the well-being & experience happiness, even when living in impeccability is because of past life over-bleeds. Not loving the self due to lifetimes of being programmed with erroneous concepts of ‘Original Sin’. These can be dealt with, must be dealt with by, ‘changing the past’ in Mer-Ka-Na (as taught in the Metatronic Keys). At the core of this is usually a feeling of low self worth, an inability to love Self.

The Happiness Exercise

When these feeling come in, work on changing them. One exercise is to shift the perspective from living your life to being an actor playing the lead role in a play called your life. A role in  in which you are confident, happy and able to give, receive and love the Divinity within you. By ‘acting out these attributes, you can learn to pull in these frequencies. It works much in the same way, as replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. One frequency of happiness, of positive energy, will attract in the next. But you must in the process of this exercise, genuinely learn to love self and such an exercise will assist in re-programming the removal of erroneous belief from past life (or present) life. Do you understand?

Life flows more effectively when you decide to accept the challenge of what you have, because actually what you have is what you have chosen, what you created.  To move on, choose it, and be at peace and find happiness in knowing you are facing what is presented to you in this ‘Now’.  This is a powerful transformational truth that allows you to learn what you scripted by transcending, by solving the puzzle.

Being a Master does not mean you do not face challenges, it simply means you have the resolve and wisdom to resolve them. That does not mean it is easy. And this process continues beyond the Earth experience, albeit in different formats. Such is the expansion of life, of consciousness.

Dear Ones, LOVE is a frequency, a beautiful science, a divine context, a declaration…it is an aperture that allows for LIFE, for Supreme Consciousness in Cosmic Gestalt.

Living in the NOW Moment
Now, the truth itself is not found in a different set of circumstances, avoidance or a new environment. The truth is only found in the ‘now’ circumstance you are in.
There are of course certain scenarios when you are in conflict with the self, in which happiness cannot truly occur. Your life will work to the degree in which you know your mind, find wisdom and walk your talk in impeccability and grace. Make agreements and keep them.

This is a distinct way of being with life. Transformation does not merely change our actions, does not merely give you new options from which to consciously choose. Rather it uncovers the structural mechanics of being and interpretation on which you are grounded, even if you at times unaware of your purposed grounding within them.

The New Earth Begins with the New You

The nuances of transition, of scripting your life, does involve discovering your core belief – struggling to figure out “who you are” , and  in transformation, you transcend and bring forth the endless potential  of creating yourselves, so that life is a creative and meaningful expression of you in fulfillment.

But recognize the correct attitude is a journey and not a destination. Take time in 2012 to gather in group and solitary retreats for re-calibration, receiving downloads of the new codes and grounding.

In the moment of transformation, there is the presence of choice, as the phenomenon of creating new discerned possibilities. The actual choosing remains of your own making within wisdom. Yet, in the recognition and ownership of the choice appears true freedom of action – an action born solely of the courage to be, and the will to create. And 2012 is such a time.

Listen closely, for although we have shared this before, it is important to be reminded at this time, for you are on the cusp of Creating a New Earth. The new Earthy begins with the new you.

Dear Ones – YOU, Humanity in mass have created the Ascension. So often you do not credit yourself for that. So we reinforce that important Truth to you now. And we remind you there is much yet to be done. For your wisdom & creatorship is needed now more than ever.

Avoiding Depression

Dear Human, keep moving forward, do not slow down, and do not be discouraged. When emotions seem to overwhelm you without cause, or sweep over you without reason it is because you have not listened to the very feelings that upset you.

The core cause, speaking in broad terms, of depression and self pity is the base belief that you are powerless to change your circumstances or unable to face overwhelming emotional waves coming from deep within. This requires focus and effort. But by facing any challenge, and not avoiding it, you have the tools to transcend any situation, and by changing the attitudinal aspect, you fall into the law grace. True self-knowledge is indispensable.  The recognition of the truth about the self simply means that you must first discover what you think about yourself, subconsciously.

Attitudinal Calibration

As we have said repeatedly, when you dwell on any negative thought, it magnetically attracts like thoughts. Negative attitudes expand.

That is the Law of Attraction. We tell you this indelible Truth. Your attitudes are self created, and you cannot escape them. You cannot move to avoid them, because attitudes create the nature of what you see. But you can, and eventually will, sooner or later, change them.  In the Earth experience, you see what you create, there is no other rule. And you are here to learn how to Master creation responsibly.  Your experiential landscape, your emotional horizons are the manifestations of belief projected… emotional attitudes materialized into physicality.

Masters, the thoughts you dwell on have a frequency.  Those thought resonances that you habitually think are absorbed into the subconscious mind. The subconscious is the generator of your reality. It creates what you feed it. Period. The subconscious mind is the seat of the emotions and is a creative computer program. When subconscious is programmed with an idea, it becomes a belief, and it will without fail begins to generate it, execute it into manifestation. That is how it works.

Whatever you feel & truly beleive to be true is true, your subconscious will accept and bring forth into experience.

Accordingly, negative attitudes impede your path to  Mastery. There are processes for you to protect yourself from your own negative errors and thoughts and those of others.

You must learn to erase a negative thought or picture by replacing it with its opposite. Then consciously remove what does not serve you. So when you feel the rise of negative feelings, thoughts and untoward emotions, make a concerted effort to identify their source. The answers that will be discovered will be given to you far easier than you may think. Make the effort.  Take responsibility to own such feelings and try to understand where they are coming from. Then and only then remove them and replace them with better frequencies.

We tell you that the  power of your subconscious is enormous. It is a universal truth that whatever you impress on your subconscious mind is expressed on the screen of time & space as condition, experience and event. Thought is incipient action. The reaction is a response from your subconscious mind which corresponds with the nature of your thought. As you sow in your subconscious mind, so shall you reap in your body and environment.

Discernment

Masters the time of the Guru has passed. You must discern your truth and follow it. Ye are Gods. Do not give your power away, do not choose to channel your  power through another person, channel, teacher or  Guide.

Use self discernment with our words, if they do not  resonate with you, do not accept them.

No human can be greater than or wiser than their experience, for  wisdom is only achieved through experience, it cannot be short cut or bought. Experiential wisdom does not, cannot leap-frog from novice to mastery in one leap. And indeed what has been learned in one sojourn must be recaptured, re-earned in the NOW. Edgar Cayce, who had experienced Ascended Mastery in ancient Egypt as the great Ra-Ta, shared that in his lifetime just before that of the prophet Edgar Cayce, he had a misguided sojourn as a rogue and gambler in the American West.

It takes effort and wisdom in each ‘Now’.  Did not the Master Jesua ben Josef spend years of devoted study and preparation? It is so.

The world has never had a shortage of prophets. True teachers are few and far between, there is no deficiency of charlatans making grandiose claims. The onset of what you call the New Age brought its own share of teachers and teachings. Many purchase pseudo credentials and make grandiose claims of wisdom that has not been earned . Some  who claim to be teachers have not done the requisite groundwork. They seek guruship for gain, claiming the work of others as their own, feeding off the energy of followers. Integrity is essential. It has always been so.  Wisdom and Virtue are not begat in illusion, delusion, ego imbalance or self aggrandizement. Masters, use discernment.

Laughter & Joy

Dear Friends, before we close, please allow me to remind you to balance the incredible work you are doing, with laughter, with joy. Take time to smell the flowers, and acknowledge the beauty around you.

Reminder the I Am Energy is warm and nurturing, it is unconditional Love, and it is the Eye of Wisdom.

What triggered the modern movement to protect the environment?
Was it: The first major recycling center started in 1897? Rachel Carson’s book Silent Spring published in 1962? Or, a combination of factors? One event, however, indisputably set the environmental movement into global motion – Earth Day.

Earth Day, first observed on March 21, 1970 by 20 million people, is a huge international event that organizers expect more than 1 billion people to celebrate on April 22, 2012.

One Voice on Earth
When people of virtually every nation on the planet participate in this year’s Earth Day events, they will set aside their divergent and at times conflicting personal, political and spiritual beliefs. Their voices will become one in wanting an end to the waste and pollution threatening the Earth’s life, land, sea and air.

The Global Coherence Initiative (GCI) community will join this call to preserve our planet, but we are also seeking to raise global awareness about the field of negative mental and emotional pollution surrounding our planet.

We can’t yet measure precisely how damaging the negative energy encircling the globe is, but scientists at the Institute of HeartMath (IHM), GCI and elsewhere believe it is harming Earth. IHM has compiled scientific evidence showing that negative emotions directly affect our mental, emotional and physical health and well-being, and also feed the planetary energetic fields with negative energy.

Thousands of participants in HeartMath studies have improved their lives by generating positive energy using science-based methods to replace negative emotions such as anger, hopelessness and fear with positive ones such as compassion, caring and courage.

What Are You Feeding the Field?

This Earth Day, we all can pause to assess what emotions we are contributing to the environment, what we are feeding the field. This goes beyond conserving and respecting Earth’s resources.

Personal experience tells us when we are angry, inhospitable and uncaring, we affect not only ourselves, but also those around us. Consider how one unkind, thoughtless or angry person affects a roomful of people; the feeling of negative energy and discomfort is palpable. Conversely, we’ve all felt the change in a room upon the entrance of a vibrant, cheerful and positive person.

There is more to this phenomenon than the feeling you get. HeartMath researchers repeatedly have identified mental and physical changes that study participants undergo as they experience positive and negative emotions. HeartMath’s research and other research have shown that focusing on core heart-felt emotions can enhance one’s connection with others, and that this connection extends far beyond the individual. The research article Coherence: Bridging Personal, Social, and Global Health concludes that being responsible for our emotional energy and increasing our compassion, care and other positive feelings are not only reflected in improved personal health and happiness, but also feed into and are reflected in the global field environment.

So this Earth Day and each day, let’s increase our responsibility for the environment by each one of us asking, “What am I feeding the field today?”

Global Coherence

Years of researching the transformative power of positive emotions led IHM several years ago to conceive the possibility that personal coherence and positive energy on a grand scale could have a global impact and begin to heal the planet. IHM/GCI leaders and researchers asked a question:

’What if people around the world intentionally experienced sincere love, care, compassion and other positive emotions simultaneously and fed this positive energy into the global field environment?’

This question led to an experiment, and after nearly five years, more than 40,000 members of the resulting Global Coherence Initiative, with members in 87 countries, regularly feed positive energy and heart-focused care and intention into the planetary field environment.

Collectively, we create a field that interacts with the Earth’s magnetic field and energetic systems. As people intentionally send coherent love and care to the world, a more powerful heart-filled environment is created. This helps to build a reservoir of positive energy that benefits the planet. This reservoir can then be utilized to help bring balance and stabilization to people, thereby making it easier to find solutions to problems like climate change, the destruction of the rain forests and other global issues.

GCI scientists are establishing a worldwide network of sensing stations, the Global Coherence Monitoring System, to measure fluctuations in the Earth’s geomagnetic fields. These stations have many tasks, including: detecting how planetary events such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are reflected in and predicted by patterns of activity in the Earth’s magnetic field; and examining how collective human emotional resonance in response to mass events of emotional significance is reflected in the Earth’s magnetic field. How Can You Feed the Field?

The Global Coherence Initiative is calling on their worldwide membership and supporters on Earth Day to show their commitment to care for our planet.

Please send your heart-focused care and feed positive energy into the field environment. Regardless of your personal, political and spiritual beliefs, raise your voice in thankfulness and committed care for Earth. There are countless ways to do this. Here are some:

Do the Heart Coherence or whatever method or practice you choose, for five to 10 minutes on Earth Day to send the Earth appreciation, care and a sincere commitment to planetary healing.
Spend five minutes with at least another person, your family, or a group of friends or colleagues envisioning Earth and its inhabitants in harmony. Some people may wish to continue this for a few days before and after Earth Day.

Join others and spend some time on Earth Day in the Global Coherence Initiative’s Global Care Rooms, where people send collective care.

“One of the things I like to do is ask myself at the end of the day: What did I feed the field today?, says Dr. Rollin McCraty, IHM’s director of research and GCMS project coordinator. “How much of my day was spent being kind to the people I interacted with, being compassionate and caring, versus how much of my day was wrapped up in my to-do list or feeling irritated that things weren’t moving fast enough and so on? Because it all counts, it is important at the end of the day to assess what we fed the field.”

It is a very heartening momentum as we come together on Earth Day to make a difference in our world.
