During my morning meditation I began trying something new for me involving attempting to strengthen my ability to concentrate on a single object. After a while I could feel energy moving around my brain so I started putting awareness in areas that seemed to call out for it and this happened several times in different areas of my brain. It felt like I was activating and energizing and rewiring it. I also felt a need to scrinch my eyes tight and relax them a few times and scrinch up my whole face and then relax it a few times. A little later during my morning walk, I started thinking about living in duality and what would be a logical evolution of that and I came up with triality. (!) I have learned that synchronicities like this are not accidental and are a sign to pay attention to the details of the synchronicity. Thank you for this message.
